Teachers Aids
Who your child interacts with on a daily basis is incredibly important to us. All of our teacher aids are South Carolina DSS-certified. They are fingerprinted and have undergone comprehensive background checks. Reach for the Stars requires all teacher’s aids to have at least a high school degree.
Safety
Reach for the Stars Academy provides CPR and First Aid training, medication administration, and universal precautions training for all our staff. We routinely perform fire drills and other safety measures to ensure faculty and children understand proper procedures and expectations in the event of an emergency.
Equal Opportunities for All.
Reach for the Stars Academy is unwavering in our commitment to equal opportunity and non-discriminatory behavior. Our childcare programs and employment practices are administered without consideration of gender, race, culture, age, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, political beliefs, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, and federal laws. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment on these premises. We expect the full cooperation of everyone (faculty & staff, children, as well as parents & guardians) to provide a positive learning environment.
